They should be in your library. Click on the library tab in limewire and they should be there in the appropriate folder.
A word of caution, do not delete files out of the limewire library as the do not go to the recycle bin. They will be gone. The default location is C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared. If you delete them from there they will go to the recycle bin. Just for reference here's a link to a page out of the Limewire Manual on the Library
