Did you delete from within your saved or shared files in your library? Right click > delete should get rid of it (unless it's infected???). Somebody else might know...

Super,

if you want people to take you seriously I strongly suggest you remove that childish :P from your sig as its stretching out the page.

and if you cant get a file to delete I also suggest you run an Anti Virus scanner right away to see if that file has been infected with a virus. If in Windows you will need to reboot your computer then go into your limewire shared folder and then, delete. If it still doesnt delete after that, then you have been infected.

Sounds to me like you have partial file sharing enabled. I'd suggest you close LW, then try deleting the file. If still doesn't work, try these:

Incomplete Download File won't delete at all (click on link)

let me exlpain a little futher it allows me to delete the incomplete file but the next time Limewire runs the file automaticly returned to the "Currently Downloading" list (I didnt just clear inactive I went to library then "incomplete" then deleted it, anyway I think the problem was when I was downloading a music video and then when I opened it, it wasnt my music video it was porn!!! so im thinking it contained some sort of virus but no matter what I did it wouldnt delete!)

It sounds like a virus to me; see WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! (click on link) & get Norbie to fix it for you. Damn I hope he actually does something this time.

Oh & btw remove or shorten your sig or I'll do it for you. Perhaps I'll do it before you.
