![]() I just posted one of these links: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...&highlight=avi AVI stands for Audio Video Interleave. It is a special case of the RIFF (Resource Interchange File Format). AVI is defined by Microsoft. AVI is the most common format for audio/video data on the PC. AVI is an example of a de facto (by fact) standard. If you want a reliable program that opens AVI & almost all other video types then get VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) which has in-built codecs & is free. See its abilities here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/features.html |

![]() By default your downlds are saved here; C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared For quick & easy access: Go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & then right-click the video & select open with .. VLC. If you wish to use VLC to Preview files then it'll need to be your default video player; see Setting Default video app |
