resuming a cancelled download

I am sure my problem is simple to solve but I cant. I clicked on a file to downloaded but cancelled it later. So now a folder shows in the left side where starts should be. Now I want to resume and it tells me file already downloaded. I never finished the file and I remeoved the incomplete file from my folder. Please someone tell me how I can resume this download

Not sure if this wil help your situation, but..

Actually, This suggestion from LOTR worked for me ...see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...threadid=49479

Guess it doesn't help if you've deleted the part-DL'd file .. but then, I'm not sure I *entirely* understand your problem.

FWIW.

best wishes,

If I understand you correctly, select from the drop down menu "download as" and alter the name very slightly. You should then be able to download the file again. (I think I described this right. I don't have LW open)
