every time i try to install aprogram i click on the install icon and notihng happens EVER! wtf am i supposed to do plz help.

Buy it then it will work. If I were you I would do a virus scan the chances are pretty good you have just installed a virus. Programs in file sharing networks are notorious for being infected with viruses.
