ultrapeeper problem

i have a problem when i search for music the host constantly shows up with big size files eg. 134, kb and also haves about 20-30 users and ive tried blocking them but it keeps changing ip addressand at one stage a msg came up and told me that the user was hiding behide a ultrapeeper wat ever that is, preview of files contains talk about Bill Clinton and Monica whoever, frustrating. please advise how to iliminate this from happening.
