Spam is done by computers set up on the network to confuse users into downlding wrong files they're after & to kill people's enthusiasm. Most likely by the same people who set up Overpeer on the Kazaa network. Google Overpeer to get an idea of what I mean. So take the above advice & just ignore those files.
