Won't bring up any video while doing a search
 

I've attempted to do a video search and it will not bring up any lists to download from. I was able to do a search and then download the last few days but can no longer, search doesn't seem to be working ???

Have you tried the What's new search ... just to see if you are actually able to search. Are you able to search for audio files, or is this a problem with one particular video title only. Do not post names on the forums, but try varying your search words and see if this helps. Also make sure your Limewire has reached Good or Excellent connection before attempting to search.

Yes, I tried several video name options and still coming up with nothing. I then tried audio and came up with nothing as well. I downloaded Limewire a few days ago and was able to search and download. Now the search option is not bringing anything up.

A: Are you getting "any" search results?

B: What's your connections status? See example here Connection Bar at bottom left of window sample (click on link)

C: Try downlding a magnet link from here: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml
Tell us what happens & how fast it downlds, if at all.

D: After LW's been open for at least 15 mins, do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?

E: If false, then you have a firewall issue. Did you configure your firewall so it allows LW full access (advisable not to have 2 active firewalls b/c they can interfere with each other); Firewall configuration instructions (click on link)

F: What brand & model of modem/router do you have?

G: May I ask who your Internet Service Provider is (ISP)?
