My download sped is still abnormally low and i've tried methods in the FAQs & threads

i have a 1Mb broadband connection and have run a test by tiscali which tells me i can get a roughly 125 kb/s download rate which i used to experience untill a few days ago. Since then the highest rate i an get is 2kb/s even with 10 sources etc. I have tried various methods given to me by the FAQs and on the threads including the sticky threads but my speed is still unchanged are there any other possible problems?
