movie not showing
 

Before someone posts a link to somewhere, I think I have been to about every possible link, and have downloaded about every possible thing, and I still cant get a video I downloaded to play. In fact, it now wont even play w/o an image, a random box pops up with an error message. can someone please help? a straightforward answer as opposed to a link would be GREATLY appreciated
