Upload Files And Search Results?
 

Hi, I have put a few files in the share folder so that they can be uploaded, but when i do a search they do not come up on it. Except for one yesterday.

Am i meant to be able to see my own files in the search results?

The answer is no, normally you can't find your own files in a search. There are some people however, who can connect to themselves via a direct connect search. Try that.

To know if you're fit for uploading, do this test after LW's been open at least 15 mins: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False? If True then you're fine.

BTW to check on which files have been found & uploaded, go to LW's Library window, click on your shared folders & look to the far right columns. Hits will show which files were found by other people in searches. Uploads will show which files were successfully or unsuccessfully uploaded. I'm not sure which category partial uploads fits into.
