![]() That makes an awful lot of sense and it's what I suspected it was but I had never heard of this "Throttling" practice. My ISP is Rogers in Canada which is a huge company and I'm contractually obliged to stay with them for another year, I'll be letting them know that I'll be walking the minute I can, specifically over this issue. Thanks.. ps..there ought to be a special section in this forum just to discuss this, because sooner or later all the broadband companies will be doing this. |
