opening zipped files
 

I am having difficulties opening zipped files in the folder..'complete'

If someone can kindly explain to me in really simple forms how to do this, I would really appreciate it, as usually when opened zipped files it works.


If you can write as I have never done this, I wont get so frustrated hahahahaha.
