help me share my bands music w/ you
 

ok let me start by saying that im a bit pc illiterate.i want to get my band on lime wire to share but cant ive got it in my pc as a cda file which lime wire seems to ignore.i can get it to my library but cant get it to the play list nor can my friend download it from my pc I JUST WANT TO SHARE!!!!anyones help would be deeply appreciated! please email any advice[ in detail 'cause im a retard] on how to. i think its a cda issue.[?] THANK YOU!
