Unable to download I recently deleted some dodgy looking registry entries one of which was called p2pnetwork.exe Since then I have been unable to d/l on limewire. I can connect to the network and search and once I try download something it says 'connecting' and the immediately says 'waiting on busy hosts' It sometimes connects for like 1 second and downloads a tiny part of the file but then switches back to busy hosts. I tried allowing the appropriate ports and ip addy on my firewall but it doesnt make any difference. When it stopped working I tried uninstalling and installing the update version. I have also tried deleting all the limewire settings and registry entries and installing from scratch but to no avail. Anyone have any ideas? They would be much appreciated. |
