Need help getting file to download

Im new to this forum so dont use really big words. I am trying to download a MPEG Video file and I hit "resume" icon and it briefly says connecting..then goes to waiting for 200 sources then awaiting sources how do I get the file to download.

Patients...or you can try to select the file which shows more sources....;)
