 I had something similar happen. I was using a magnet link to start a video to d/l. It was in two parts so I clicked to d/l both and it opened 1 file each in two limewire windows. Don't know why, maybe because I had LW shut down when I clicked the links  .You should be able to complete the file from 11%, I wouldn't start over from scratch. Check your incomplete folder and see if the 71% file is there and see if you can resume it.
