Can't re download LW Pro
 

I bought LW Pro a while back and now need to download it again but it won't accept my email saying it can't be found.

What gives?

How long ago did you purchase LW Pro? You paid $18.88 right? If you paid more then you didn't get it from the official site. Also when you purchase pro, you're sent an email with a link to your personal pro downld page. Most people bookmark this page. Check if you still have the original email. With pro, you're offered free updates for a period of 6 months. At the end of that period you're offered a discount to continue as a pro customer. If not taken, then your name will drop off their database since you're no longer a present customer.

Just be patient. I know it's a PITA but it's the weekend, might take a bit longer than usual to get a reply!

BTW Lord,

When I said "thanks for the reply" last week, I meant thanks for posting your automated response, not that my problem is solved.

That's why I posted the purchase info.

And come to think of it, I don't recall receiving a confirmation email either! I would surely have saved such a message!

I'm sorry to hear it hasn't been sorted out yet. But mformel is usually very helpful toward getting these things sorted out. She doesn't come to the forums every day ... perhaps once or twice a week.
