No Download Speed
 

Hey.

For some reason my limewire will not download things. I am connected to turbo-charged and i search fine aswell. When i come to down load, i double click the file and it says connecting, it connects and then it dont do anything from there. How can i fix this problem?

I am uses Limewire 4.10.5 and usng xp sp2. I dont have any other firewalls that that but i do have Norton antivirus05.

i have just found out that my ISP have cut down the speed for p2p programs and thinking about blocking them. is there any way for getting round this?
