 By those similar file names it sounds like they might be from the same source, and that source is not encoding them properly. If they are from HDTV transmissions, if they are not properly processed, it is quite easy for there to be sound sync issues. You can muck about trying to fix it if you want, but it is really painfull, particulary if the timing of the offset changes throughout.  |
