![]() I HAVE SONGS IN MY I-TUNES LIBRARY HOW DO I GET I-TUNES TO UPDATE(LOAD) CERTAIN SONGS INTO MY I-POD AND OTHERS INTO MY KIDS I-POD? IF CHANGING THE I-PODS TO MANUAL SETTINGS IS THE ANSWER THEN HOW DO I CHANGE THE SETTING TO MANUAL? |

![]() I guess if you want to keep the automatic update, you'd have to delete the songs you don't want out of both iPods after updating's done. I'm not sure how to change back to manual but the iPod site should have lots of info. If it's not one of the main articles, use the search ![]() http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/howto/ |

![]() This is mentioned in the iTunes/iPod Sticky in the Open Discussion section. There's also a sample image on page 2 about manual updating. The iPod tutorial at the apple site will show you how to do it. Look near the bottom of this post at 'Manually Manage Songs & Playlists.' http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...776#post129776 This simply points more directly where to find it.
