Default 2k and 3k downloads?

I've been having problems getting LM to download lately. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure everything is up to date. Currently I'm getting around 2 and 3k on my download speed. I'm on cable and used to be able to download at 300k or so on average. I've tried this on audio and video downloads and it's the same. I'm not behind a firewall either. My speed is set to unlimited in my options. It doesn't matter if I'm downloading a single file, mutiple file, single peer or mutiple peers. I'm downloading a file right now from 8 hosts at 3K. Anyway, this is getting on my nerves here and I'm not sure what's going on. Everything else on my net connection is zooming right along except for LM.

I'm new to the message boards and looked around at some other threads about download speeds but didn't see anything that really helped me out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I'm on Charter. I checked out your link but didn't see it listed. I could have missed it though?
