I had this same problem with dc++, I figured it was their program but now Im thinking it's because I have satellite. I looked at your reference before I sent out the first note and tried all those things but to no avail. Im going over to a friends house next week who has cable and I'll take my laptop and try that. I was charged 24$ for a lifetime membership not for pro and also $9 for spyware that I didn't request. If you think this was a con please let me know and I'll file a fraud complaint with my card company. If it works with cable than I'll know what the problem is.
