transferring music to mp3 player

help, have no idea what i am doing, how do i transfer music to my mp3 player???

First, you have to know where your downloads are saved. Tools > options > saving will show you which is your saved folder. If you go to your LW library, click on Saved Files & then click Explore... your saved folder will open.

Now, add to your player from this folder;)
