Throttled ISP answer?
 

Hi, I am new but have been reading for ages all the threads on plusnet blocking/throttling limewire or any p2p as since moving to plusnet i have like 4bps downloads speeds at most times. Anyway i found this site that seems to have the answer but as I am only a bit technically advanced I was hoping someone could check it out. It may be just what we need?

I felt a little wary about it ... the fact that they will not accept web based email addresses ..yahoo... hotmail etc seems a little odd to me.
