Why can't search show ONLY results containing search terms?

Only A Hobo is a great assister to others; your light through the dark tunnel

This is a pain and I'm not sure of the reason why this happens.

I do know that the word filter can be used to filter out results showing the most common words that you see and do not want and this will help considerably.
