Hello all.

I have a problem with Limewire. All my downloads work fine (about 110kb/s on a 1mbps connection) but the uploads do not.

Most of them upload a part of the file then say "Transfer Interrupted". A few are successful but they only go at about 7 kb/s max.

I am on a wireless network. I have Windows XP if this matters. I have Norton Internet Security and my ISP is NTL.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

I do not know what you connection speed is but my guess is you are sharing with way to many people at a time. If you have upload capability of 40 KB/s you should limit to 4 slots that would give each person 10KB/s. While it is very admirable that you are sharing so much if you have to many slots open you will run into problems like you are having. Try limiting your slots so that your upload speed / # of slots = 10KB/s per slot
