Help Needed: "Error 1607: Unable to Install -- Installshield scripting Runtime"
Error 1607: Unable to Install -- Installshield scripting Runtime.
I have downloaded JavaSoft v1.3.1.01a...I have also attempted 3 times to run Limewire's Installshield and hit this particular message every time. I was running an earlier version of Limewire before I had to blow my system away and reinstall from the OS on up. Never had any problem with earlier version. How can I get that version now? It appears only 1.8 is available on your site. If earlier versions are not an option, I would sure appreciate some guidance on how to complete the installation successfully. Thank you.
