Try all speeds. There are various resons why users will show their speed as higher or lower than it really is, and sometimes Limewire will show the wrong speed. I find no hard and fast rule that would really answer your question but if you can find a good file with more than 10 or 12 hsts sharing it, that is usually the way to get good speeds (but not always)
