Are you using LW to preview the movie or launching it from LW? This could be the problem. I know when launching songs from LW the sound is off. If you are launching it with a different program what is it?

What type of file is it(.avi, mpeg)? You might need a codec in order for it to play properly.

The movie is in avi. format and i saved it from LimeWire into a file and then i opened the movie up from there and played it on Creative Player. That's when the picture started to become delayed from the sound.

Sometimes with .avi files you need a DivX codec. You can download it for free here.
