If a search result has (sponsored result) by it and you click it, it will launch your web browser to an advertisment page for ipod or something like that. They are harmless and you can filter them using the keyword filter and the junk filter. In LW go to Tools>Options>Filters.

Ooops, that one I definitely understood wrong. He/She actually really spoke about a finished download (..."Whenever I try to open a download,...")
