I am using A mac iBook For the forst time and I have red some of the other threds. Were is the Apple key and Command Please Help.

The Apple/Command key is situated on each side of the space bar, on my key board anyway .. and marked with an  and a square with looped corners.

It is marked with both an apple & also this symbol that OAH refered to: ⌘

So the apple command key is equivalent to the Control key on windows. Formally it's called the Command key. But it's sometimes also refered to as the apple key due to the apple symbol on it.
