I have downloaded movies but when I try to play them nothing happens. I'm using nero as a player. also the folders I selected for the videos to go to don't go there. what am I doing wrong?

Get VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) for playback as it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable. You may be lacking the Nero MPeg 2 playback codec. You'll need to get a hold of it to playback mpeg 2 files or to burn SVCD or DVD files.

LW will only downld to the folders specified in this section: LW's menu bar->Tools>Options->Saving. It is possible to change video to a specific location. See How to Change download location (click on link) (specific for folders)
