After re-booting my computer to the factory settings I lost PRO and could only use basic. My problem is that the web site asks for your email address to download PRO again and it says my address is not known? It is the correct address and I have also emailed the sales team with the confirmation email when I purchased PRO but get no reply. How am I supposed to contact or get support from this company?

When did you purchase Pro? Pro offers updates & support for 6 months only & after that your name is removed from their database. (However near the end of the 6 months they offer a short-term discount to continue with Pro.)

Yes it was 6 months ago, I guess I'll stick to basic for the time being ( not that I can tell the difference between speed I must say) Cheers!

Well if you do get Pro at anytime again in the future, keep a backup of the installer somewhere off the computer just in case.
