Pro No Go
 

Changed over to Pro the other day after being in Basic for a good while. Thought what the heck they have given me good service might as well give some back. As soon as I logged in the problems started. Before I could get speeds up to 25-30k and download 10 files at a time minimum. Now I get lucky with 8k off 10 hosts. It doesn't end there I am also getting plenty of partial downloads, some halting at 95% at the moment I have 8 over 55%. Posted an email to Tech but no reply. Had a look through this forum and did what was put out but still a very poor product. If I was new to LW I could say it was a problem my end but I have never had a problem before. Sorry I came on board the pay end of LW

When upgrading to pro it's often a good idea to delete your LW prefs. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

After re-opening LW, you'll need to reset your options. But deleting LW prefs often gives LW a fresh breath of life. You didn't say what your previous version was so the differences might be well worth the deletion of prefs.
