how come theres a cap on how many people i can download from
 

it never goes past 14 for me and i wanna know why and if i can chage it no matter how many people have the file i can never download from ore then 14 people for one file like the file has a couple hudred sources for it then when i go to download it it never lets me connect to mroe then 14 people or well it never lets me download from all the sources and iw anna know if there is something i can do to make it so i can connect to more people

The best you'll ever do is download from 14 hosts (that's only if you have a T3 connection using Pro).
