Downloads really slow
 

I dont have super fast cable modem or anything but its faster then dail up. well when i download from my browser i get about 30kbs. but when i use limewire it connects really slow and will only download at 2kbs max! i also noticed when i use my bittorrent and other p2p programs it does the same thing. they all used to download fine, this just started happening a couple weeks ago. Any help is appreciated.

Who is your ISP? If this started suddenly & effects other p2p apps, I'd wonder if your ISP has started to shape traffic.
