Too many incomplete files ?
 

I had some trouble starting downloads lately (with them never starting). Then I opened my incomplete folder and started deleting the 100's of files that had been piling up over the last months. And what-do-ya-know when I looked at the downloadscreen again there were 4 active downloads at 40KB/s

+ Uploadslots full and at max speed

Maybe some currupt incomplete caused it. I don't know, But... ITS ALIVE:D

Yes, keeping the incomplete folder pruned is a good idea: cuts down on connections needed, especially on startup.

Every once in a while I delete the whole folder, and a new incomplete folder is created on next start-up, with fresh downloads.dat and .bak files too.
