| Try to use the VLC player (it's free). It is one of the best players with built-in codecs. It can play almost all media file types and it is the most recommended here. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ Use the player to preview the files directly from your Incomplete folder. You should actually be able to make it your default player.....
