I have Tvmaxx to they suck big time

nothing but issues with them no everytime i use limewire it only downloads at 1 or 2kb its real mystery and i cant figure it out. never had a problem until now. if anyone knows how to fix this let me know thank you..

mac osx 10.4
java the latest version
cable internet<tvmaxx> 560kb
limewire 10.4
