help!!! i deleted all of my music thinking I had it all in my itunes!
 

hey everyone-I was trying to clean up my lime wire to start fresh from my library and i deleted all of my music thinking I had it all in my itunes. When I go to itunes now, any music that I downloaded from lime wire and put in itunes I can not get!!:eek: Anyone know of a way to get those files back? I have not restarted my computer and I cant find them in my recycle bin. Help! thanks

tried system restore for xp-did not work
 

I went back to thursday but in the system restore it started my lime wire again and still did not have my files that were deletewd today. should i go back farther to restore and can i reload the songs into itunes using my ipod? or will they then be deleted from my ipod as well?-thanks

I gave you advice via pm. Check both iPod extraction back to iTunes AND manually updating your iPod instead of automatic updating. How to transfer music to my iPod (& iTunes) - for video

But you may need to close down applications whilst you're running it. Also, when recovering files, don't save them back to where you are recovering them or you'll copy over others that aren't yet recovered; ie: choose another partition or external device to save to.
