This router might have a built-in firewall, which would explain why you see the brickwall in front of the globe (though it wouldn't explain why it worked a couple days ago, even though you haven't changed - updated- installed anything since then...?!?).
Try to find out the name of this router and check in the thread of which you've already used some suggestions, whether it will be necessary for you to portforward. Also make sure that UPnP is enabled.
