cannot load program
 

when i download a program and try to open it, it will not open because my security said that it may pose a threat thus i have to delete it. how can i resolve this problem without disabling my security?

Your security system might be right! There are loads of infected files around, many of them zip & exe files. Are you scanning files with your AV after download?

sry im new to all this, whats an AV and how do i scan 1 particular file?

Sorry if I confused you, AV is antivirus. After you've downloaded a file, open your saved folder. An easy way to do this is within LW's library, click on Saved Files & then click Explore... now your saved folder will open.
Right click on the file & you should see an option to scan the file with your AV program & check it for a virus:)
