Download Problem!!
 

Hi,
I;m having a problem with the download speed on Limewire and all other file sharing programs that I use. I have a connection speed of 2.2Mbps which used to run, on Limewire, with a healthy download speed of 120kps however recently this has dropped to 24kps at the most. This seems to be the same on all other sharing programs such as Bitlord and Azureus, any help?

That sounds like your ISP has started to shape your bandwidth use.
Who is your ISP (name & location)?
