 Hi Birdy, Thanks for your response. I've the same version of Java that came with LW. Also I have disabled "ultrapeer". I d/l the same number of files at any point of time. I read the link mentioned on computer freezing. My computer doesnt freeze. Only LW does. I can still run other apps. LW shows a white screen and doesnt refresh at all. TaskMan shows the application as running. What I'll do is try to d/l maybe 1/2 files tonight and get back tomorrow with the results. Thanx   |
