 I geuss I'll try customer support when some people are actually awake. For now, I am googling for other people with this problem. Thank you for all your hlp  EDIT: I looked in their manual, and it said to type either "http://dslrouter or http://192.168.1.1." I typed in "http://dslrouter" and it worked! I haven't been on the configuration screen in a long time, so I'm not sure if it is the right screen, but at least it's someting. EDIT:: I am pretty sure that this was the screen that I saw in the past, but it is different than the port forwarding one.
