no sound on film downloads

Has anyone else had this problem. I downloaded a film and on playback on PC there is no sound

Get this player: VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable for playback of video files, video or audio streaming, etc. You can download extra skins for it if you choose from their support area.
