I have been trying to download some music and it isn't working. I normally don't have any problems. Does it matter what time of day you are trying to download?

What's going wrong? If you're clicking to download & nothing's happening, the song's not going into the download window, it might be a license problem

If you're trying to download & things are sitting 'connecting' forever & going straight to 'need more sources' then you might be seeing fake files. Typically these are new releases/really popular with lots of sources (up to 100) but they'll never connect. In this case, search again. Vary your search terms (look for artist or album rather than song title), try the All Types search. Stay away from files with huge numbers of sources, go for a file with 10 sources or less.
Searching at different times of day can make a big difference - as users in other time zones log on & off, new sources become available
