Frustrated

I wrote a couple of days ago and wasn't this in depth, soooo....I have LW basic and clicked on to update to pro. When I got to the purchase: MO, Paypal, or Credit card. I didn't scroll down to put all the info needed for the credit card, I immediately clicked on the paypal button. I have indeed purchased LW Pro because it was on my statement. I did not put in my email address due to the fact I clicked on the paypal button. LW does not recognize my email but this forum does. I have one email. I would like to initialize the use of LW pro since I have purchased it.

Send a personal message (pm) to RSterne (click on link) & explain the situation. If you're in the USA, check your payment details as it will have a contact no. for LW.

* if you see any references to contacting mformel, ignore them. rsterne is now helping out here in that area!
