if u open itunes it will freeze and then u reboot the computer and when u go back to open itunes most of ur songs be gone

The place you've read those stories, did they mention where they downloaded LW from?
I have read some of those comments and for me it sounds pretty much as if they used warez versions of LW. So, I do not pity them......
